The answer is YES!
I can absolutely edit footage or pictures into a film for you. I have done it several times, especially with birth videos -- and because there is no production involved, this is a very affordable option.
I have also done work for the TRUEAfrica nonprofit charity, which aims to educate orphaned youth in Africa. I was given hours and hours of footage, and asked to create over 30 short interview documentaries (30 seconds each) that highlighted a specific orphan.
